We will provide the utmost in care and respect for you and your vehicle,
and perform required services in accordance with the NAPA AUTOPRO code of
ethics  shown below.
While we do not expect any problems to occur as a result of our
workmanship or failure of the parts installed, we want you to know that we stand
behind the work that we do - our reputation depends on it. In the unlikely event
that something unexpected occurs,

 · Over 11,000 authorized warranty centres in Canada and the United States*

WE ARE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO FULFILL MAINTENANCE OBLIGATIONS ON ALL AUTOMOBILES INCLUDING LIGHT TRUCKS, VANS and SUV'S - and when we use  appropriate parts and procedures the vehicle's manufacturer is obliged to honour its warranty obligations.

Should you experience any trouble with your vehicle within the warranty period, please call us directly at (613) 821-2286. We will work quickly to resolve any issues as a result of this visit, do our best to diagnose any new problems, and simply work with you in mind and get you back on the road.
